DuPont Ethics and Compliance Hotline
Whenever you have questions or concerns regarding an ethical situation, you are encouraged to discuss these concerns with local line management. If you do not feel comfortable discussing the concerns face-to-face, you can call the DuPont Ethics and Compliance Hotline.

The DuPont Hotline is provided for use in reporting potential employee misconduct, violations of the DuPont Code of Conduct, or DuPont policies and procedures. The Hotline can be accessed globally, 24 hours a day, through a web portal and a toll-free number. Information reported through the hotline may remain anonymous.

This site will allow you to create a unique user ID and set up a password to submit a confidential concern to the third-party provider. The concern will be handled following the same process that is in place for hotline calls.

DuPont will treat all calls as confidential. Callers may request to remain anonymous, except in certain European countries where it is not permitted.
If you call the Hotline toll-free number, a trained specialist, who is employed by an outside firm, will listen to your concerns and take notes to prepare a report that will be forwarded to the appropriate DuPont management for review, or, in cases involving auditing, accounting or internal controls issues, to the Audit Committee of DuPont's Board of Directors. If immediate assistance is needed, the outside firm will put the caller in touch with the appropriate DuPont personnel right away.
Non-Restricting and Non-Retaliation Policy
We must maintain an environment where concerns and potential problems are brought forward. DuPont will not tolerate prohibiting or restricting the reporting of theft, fraud, waste or abuse of materials, persons or property by DuPont employees or contractors. Furthermore, DuPont will not allow retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, raises a concern, reports suspected misconduct, or provides information related to an inquiry of suspected misconduct. The company will investigate any instances of possible retaliation, and discipline employees who have retaliated against someone who has reported possible misconduct.
